Despite this Txakoli coming from the Getariako DO, it has the weight and intensity similar to the Bizkaia region. This is a creamy and bready white wine made from Hondarrabi Zuri with some pretty green tea and chamomile on the nose. Despite the concentration on the palate, there is some zippy bitter lemon pith and racy acidity to keep the wine fresh.

Scents of clementine and rose petal waft from the glass. Brilliant acidity provides a backdrop for peach, passion fruit, lemon lime sorbet and honeysuckle roasted fennel bulb flavors that endure well into a floral-strewn finish.
