Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose we have notes of exotic fruit and minerality that immediately recall a sensation of freshness. On the palate,
the minerality becomes savory and pairs perfectly with the sensations of fresh fruit.
Vinification
Soft pressing of the grapes with temperature controlled fermentation and aging on the lees to maintain the aromas.
