Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed, and then fermented for 6 to 12 hours at a controlled cool temperature and pressed gently. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks to conserve the rich aromas.
Tasting notes
This beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah features a dark deep ruby red color. The intense bouquet of cherry & blackcurrant is enhanced with a light delicate spicy note. With an expressive aroma, this wine is beautifully balanced and nicely structured. It goes wonderfully well with red meats, food in sauce, Perking duck and goose. It really comes into its own with strong cheese. Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18 degrees celcius.
