Bright, greenish-yellow in color, with abundant fine bubbles. The nose shows a fruity aroma, with notes of citrus and white pulp fruits. The palate is fresh, creamy and delicate. Excellent as an aperitif with canapes, mild cheese, fish, seafood and light pastas.

Made from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Trebbiano & 20% Glera, the juice from the hand-picked grapes is extracted with low-pressure pneumatic presses. After the clarification, the must is fermented at low temperature with selected yeasts. The wine is fermented in airtight tanks utilizing the Charmat Method.

After vinifying informally for many years, Antonio got help from his sons. In 1910, the Salton Family acquired its formal certification for wine production. Currently, the fourth generation of the Salton Family handles the estate’s operations with great respect for their forefathers.
