The 2021 Brut Rose Reserve is distinctly savory in character, with a bouquet of dried flowers, crushed yellow apples and ginger shavings. Elegant, fine bubbles wash across the palate and usher in ripe orchard fruits with a nuance of white strawberry. The finish is long and leaves the palate salivating with a tactile mineral tinge.

Vinification

Domaine Willamette is dedicated to producing the highest quality sparkling wines. Our Brut Rosé is crafted from estate-grown Pinot Noir using méthode traditionnelle, in which the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. It’s then aged on its lees for 30 months to develop complexity while preserving vibrancy before disgorgement.

Tasting notes

Pale salmon in color, the nose of this fresh and elegant sparkling wine opens with aromas of cherry blossoms, powdered sugar, ripe pear and concentrated strawberries. Flavors of ripe cranberries, lychee, lime and honeysuckle are carried by an energetic palate with an elegant structure, persistent length and balancing acidity for a zesty finish.
