A brilliant Chardonnay with plenty of depth and texture, and an undeniable ocean influence given its proximity to Monterey Bay. Soaring aromatics of salty sea spray, chipped flint and grilled lemon peel offset by a note of clover honey richness. The palate is pretty, with wonderful texture, juicy lemon flavours and an undeniably briny finish that makes the mouth water. Delicious.
