History

Ceja Vineyards is a Latino family-owned winery in Napa Valley. The founders are Mexican-American immigrants who started working in the vineyards as children in 1967, and they've been farming their own vineyards since 1983. Their dedication to sustainable agriculture and gentle handling of the grapes in the cellar can be tasted in every sip of their estate grown Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Vino de Casa red blend, Cabernet Sauvignon and Dulce Beso late harvest wine. They produce delicious wines that are great by themselves and pair well with world cuisine!

Tasting notes

Aromas are fresh and floral with red plum black cherry blossoms and hibiscus scents. The palate showcases a savory medley of Jamaica tea, dried berry, herb and spice flavors. This is a bright, crisp and balanced Pinot Noir with soft tannins and layers of texture.

Vinification

Open-top, small vat, cold soak and gentle punch downs.
