This fresh Rosé was harvested in the middle of October with perfectly ripe grapes. It is made from a selection of old Garnacha and Viura from low production vineyards, settled on poor soils of Ebro’s terraces in the area of San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja). After a short maceration the controlled fermentation took place at low temperatures to preserve the vibrant character of this crisp Rosé.

Hacienda Lopez de Haro sits squarely in the fat heart of the best of Rioja’s vineyard regions, San Vicente de la Sonsierra. In this region the best old Tempranillo vineyards in Rioja Alta can be found. Cultivated using the goblet system on very poor soils, it greatly reduces their production and increases the quality of the bunches. The Lopez de Haro wines are elegant, complex and aromatic and have become the new classics of Rioja, their wines are made with care and passion while offering amazing quality and value.

This pretty wine has a very pale salmon color with coppery nuances. The nose is floral accompanied by fresh citrus and apple fruits and an orange peel background. The palate is very harmonious and enveloping. The fruit of the Garnacha is combined with the freshness of the Viura in a perfect balance. It has an elegant character, but with great length and persistence, typical of the Atlantic signature that transmits the Alto Najerilla area.
