The Castellani Family produce classic wines in Tuscany since more than 150 years. Exporters of wine since 1903, the Castellani family have founded their high-quality wines on the belief that the quality of the wine starts in the vineyard. This bright and crisp Chardonnay from Sicily features a fresh bouquet with fragrances of pear and apple. The taste is very harmonious and versatile, soft and delicate. Ideal with spaghetti with fish sauce, fish salads and white meats.

After harvest, the clusters are immediately destemmed and crushed in order to minimize oxidative processes. Alcoholic fermentation begins at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and lasts for about 15 days. When fermentation is complete, the wine is not subjected to further aging. In this way its primary aromas and freshness are maintained.
