Versatile and refreshing white wine, pair with shellfish, white fish and seafood in general. Good companion also of pasta with pesto, seafood risotto and fresh salads.

Medium-bodied structure, dry, crisp, and refreshing with a good balance of acidity. Flavors mirroring the aromas, showcasing citrus fruits, white flowers, saline and chalky and slate-like mineral notes.

Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, between 14-18C (57-64F). This helps to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors of the Vermentino. Fermentation typically lasts for 10-15 days.

After the fermentation is completed, the wine is kept on the lees for a few weeks to add complexity and texture.
