Tasting notes
Non-Mevushal. O.U. (Orthodox Union), adatz Beit Yosef, Rabbinate of Modi’in, Rabbinate of Mateh Binyamin. Produced from a blend of two grape varieties, its dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from the upper Galilee showcases pronounced flavors of ripe red fruits, English pepper and roasted products. after aging for 24 months in first and second year french oak barrels. it presents heightened notes of tertiary aromas such as cocoa and coffee, resulting from the long stay in the cellar, this wine was selected for such an extended barrel aging due to its organoleptic properties at the end of vinification.
