Description

The Little Sheep wines are among our most popular and we could not be more delighted with the results of the latest vintages. From Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to Rosé and Cabernet Sauvignon, The Little Sheep wines are crafted from the world's top wine production regions. They are created in a spirit of delivering quality and value with a sense of exploration. Each wine represents an opportunity to discover something new and celebrate the beauty that nature provides.

Food pairing

Red meats, charcuterie, Mediterranean salads, and a variety of semi-hard or hard cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 57-61F (14-16C).

Tasting notes

Very intense, almost black with garnet to purple-red shades. Forward notes of red fruits and blackcurrants with spicy undertones on the nose. Fine tannic structure with distinct notes of liquorice and a persistent finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the creative freedom of the Vin de France classification, offering a generous and accessible profile that highlights the spicy aromas of the variety.

Terrior

A blend of clay, limestone, and schist soils under a Mediterranean climate, ensuring optimal ripeness from the Languedoc-Roussillon Region of France.

Languedoc remains a dynamic region, offering a rich history and extraordinary diversity across its sunny terroirs.

Vinification

Harvested at peak maturity with fermentation lasting 6 to 12 days. Temperatures are capped at 90F (32C) to preserve a fruit-forward profile and soft tannins.
