This wine will pair very well with cold starters as salad or charcuterie. It will also be delicious served on a grilled meat or a chocolate cake. Serve at a temperature between 12 and 14 C.

Vinification takes place in thermo-regulated, stainlesssteel vats. A cold maceration helps to extract the best aromas of the grapes. Gravity is used all along the process to reduce pumping and preserve the grapes and wine. Ageing is in stainless-steel vats with a drastic control over temperature

This Pinot Noir is full of charm with a bright ruby color and a nose rich with aromas of red fruits such as raspberry, red currants and wild strawberry. On the palate it is full bodied with a lovely fullness on the palate and silky tannins.
