This red has spicy and smoky character with notes of plums, black cherries and licorice. Full and tight with polished tannins and a mild, creamy texture. A touch of leafiness, too. 85% merlot, 10% cabernet sauvignon and 5% cabernet franc.

Ripe, juicy, packed with generous tannins and dark fruits, this is an open, full-bodied wine, concentrated while also full of broad fruitiness. There is potential here in a wine that is already becoming attractive.
