Vinification: Traditional with low temperatures and long maceration.
Ageing: 12 months in barrels.

Non Mevushal. Beth Din of Paris. Sweet currant and berry aromas with some floral and kir undertones. Medium-bodied with light, fine and firm tannins. Lovely fruit and brightness. So perfumed and fruity.
