Harvest

Chateau du Rosaire is composed of a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are rooted in clay-limestone and gravel-clay soils. The grapes are harvested in small crates. After cold soaking followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wines are aged in selected French oak barrels for around 10 months.
