Tasting notes

A deep garnet hue with expressive aromas of blackcurrant jam. The palate is smooth, ripe, and supple, supported by soft, relaxed tannins. Pairs well with red and white meats (such as entrecôte bordelaise, minute steak, beef tartare, lamb neck, leg of mutton, or duck magret), as well as vegetables, side dishes like gratin dauphinois, and a selection of cheeses.
