The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Limited Edition from Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, stands out with its complex character and delicate, nuanced palate- uncommon for the region. Aged in foudres, it offers black fruit, balsamic tones, maraschino cherry, licorice and field herbs, with a distinct blackberry note. The palate is intense and compact, with firm tannins and a long finish built on pure chalk and a lasting quince note. This is a rare, flavorful continental Cabernet that only Susana Balbo can craft.
